Timings and further details on the panels for this year’s FP Show on 21st November have been announced.
Knowledge Bank founder and CEO Nicola Firth is returning to the FP Show 2025 once again to moderate the hugely popular Live Criteria Clinics.
Following strong demand from last year’s attendees, there will be two bridging panels this year.

Plan your day at the FP Show
Doors open at 9:30am on 21st November, with the Live Criteria Clinic sessions running throughout the day, offering brokers the chance to engage directly with industry leaders.
10:15–11:00 – BTL mortgages
• From single properties through to limited company lending, MUFBs and HMOs, this session will explore lender criteria and appetite across the BTL market, helping brokers navigate opportunities for all types of landlords.
11:15–12:00 – Commercial mortgages
• Discover how lenders are approaching the commercial property market with live insights into criteria, current appetite and how to successfully place deals in today’s climate.
12:30–1:15 –Bridging – (light refurb)
• Unpack how lenders are supporting short-term projects from cosmetic upgrades to light refurbishments and hear how criteria is shaping real-world case placement.
1:30–2:15 – Development finance
• Dive into the world of ground-up and conversion projects as experts unpack funding structures, criteria nuances and opportunities in the development space.
2:30–3:15 – Bridging – (heavy refurb)
• Explore how lenders are tackling more complex refurbishments. This session will cover key criteria, funding considerations, and how to present heavy refurb deals for successful placement in today’s market.

Last year’s FP Show attracted a large number of attendees, with 82% of delegates rating the panels highly for their range and quality.
